User Defined Fields (UDF) Addon allows you to add custom fields to checkout form in order to collect additional data from your client.
- Supported fields: Text, textarea, option/select (pull down menu), multiple select, check box, date, signature, custom function
- When a pull down menu option changes, result price of the booking automatically updated. Thus, it can be used in combination with Custom and Variable Pricing Addon
- Date field comes with JQuery datepicker for easy date selection
- Signature field can be used to capture client signature on mobile devices
- Custom function to generate a pull down menu can be easily added
- Each field can be set as optional or required
- Each field can be activated and deactivated, e.g. just to use on admin side
- Submitted values can be edited by admin in booking record
